      1. Essential Plan: Monthly subscription with basic features
      2. Heavy-Duty Plan: Monthly subscription with advanced features
      3. Custom Solutions: Negotiated terms and pricing
  3. Acceptable Use
    1. You agree not to:
      1. Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
      2. Reverse engineer or exploit system vulnerabilities
      3. Generate harmful or abusive content
      4. Overload infrastructure through excessive use
    2. Violations may result in immediate service suspension.
  4. Financial Terms
    1. Billing
      1. Essential/Heavy-Duty: Monthly in advance
      2. Custom Solutions: As negotiated
    2. Refunds
      1. 14-day money-back guarantee applies to monthly plans unless otherwise specified in custom agreements.
    3. Late Payments
      1. 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances
      2. Services suspended after 15 days overdue
      3. Data deletion after 60 days of non-payment
  5. Service Level Agreement
    1. Our service commitments are detailed in the separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
    2. The SLA constitutes an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you acknowledge acceptance of the SLA terms.

      3. Scheduled maintenance notifications
    4. SLA Credits
      1. Service credits for SLA failures will be calculated as per the SLA agreement and applied to future invoices.

      2. Regular system updates

      4. Incident monitoring
  7. Changes to Terms
    1. We may update these Terms at any time.
